St. Anthony of Padua School is committed to the
development of every facet of the child's life: spiritual, moral, intellectual, cultural, social, emotional, and physical. We believe in the Catholic Christian values as found in the Gospel of Jesus
Christ. Therefore we are devoted to prayer and faith development in our school. In addition to building faith in our children, we are dedicated to providing a quality, high performance academic
education. Since parents are recognized as the primary educators of their children, developing and fostering a cooperative relationship between home and school is essential. Furthermore, we believe the
responsibility of a Christian education lies with all members of the parish and community, thus allowing our children to develop and become contributing members of society.
Admissions
St. Anthony School admits students of any race, color, creed, national, and ethnic origin to
all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national and ethnic origin in
administration of its educational policies, scholarships, and athletic and school administered programs.
Parent Involvement
The spirit of volunteering has be very strong and important in the parish over the
years. The assistance of any one is therefore, indeed, welcome in our volunteer program. Parents are encouraged to become actively involved in their children's education at St. Anthony's. Staff
members greatly appreciate their input and participation. Parents can help as volunteers within the school as well as participate in our "Parents and Friends" Organization. Parents are also
encouraged to attend the regular, monthly meeting of the Parents and Friends Organization. A note is sent home at the beginning of the school year requesting help. We need everyone's help if we are to maintain
a quality school.
